At Seamless Strength & Fitness, we believe in helping our clients move better and feel stronger, giving them the confidence and ability to live full, active lives. We use personal training to empower and educate our clients, helping them to understand healthy movement patterns and habits, and how these can be integrated into their lives allowing them to pursue and enjoy the things that they love. It’s important that our clients feel accepted, valued and heard.

ISCA Pilates Mat
Suzanne is a certified personal trainer and movement coach who is passionate about helping others stay active and find their own strength and joy in movement. She has spent years enjoying various forms of movement, from gymnastics, dance, yoga, Pilates and tai chi, to boxing and obstacle course racing. In her training sessions, she draws on her years of experience working with a wide range of people, from teens to seniors, from beginners to young athletes and weekend warriors. In addition to her certifications, she holds a B.A. in Psychology, and actively seeks to expand her knowledge by taking advantage of workshops, classes and seminars with Boston-area leaders in strength and conditioning, sports medicine and healthcare.
Suzanne is currently a registered fighter with the USA Boxing Masters Division and keeps herself fighting fit by training with the Nonantum Boxing Club team in Newton, by lifting heavy things, and by constantly challenging herself.
