One-on-One Personal Training

One-on-one personal training sessions are designed based on an initial goal setting, health and injury history, and comprehensive movement assessment.  Discount packages and subscriptions available.

Buddy Training

Buddy training can be a great way to spark motivation and build consistency. Grab a friend or partner and we'll design a program that you can do together.  Note: This is an add-on to one-on-one personal training and requires purchase of at least 1 one-hour session. 


Small Group Training

Join us or let us come to you.

Slammin' Sunday Circuits

Start your Sundays with a good sweat session with friends. Come join us outside (weather permitting) on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. to start the day off right. Contact us for details.
