Private personal training sessions are designed based on health and injury history, client goals and a comprehensive movement assessment. Attention is on injury prevention, rehabilitation and movement optimization. Rates are for 1-3 people per session.
Learn boxing skills through footwork drills, mitt work and heavy bag work. Rates below are for up to 3 people per session; additional charge for groups of 4 or more.
